Dr. Tural Rahimli was born in Baku.

After completing his secondary education, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan Medical University in 1999 and successfully graduated in 2005. In 2006-2007, Dr. Tural Rahimli validated his medical diploma in the Republic of Turkey and passed the TUS exam, earning the right to specialize in "Brain and Nerve Surgery" at Hacettepe University.

He began his specialization in 2008 and successfully completed it in 2014.

Dr. Rahimli has a particular interest and extensive experience in endoscopic pituitary surgery, epilepsy surgery, and the surgical treatment of deep-seated brain tumors.

He is the Vice Chairman of the Azerbaijan Association of Neurosurgeons.
